Sustainability Learning & Tools
Build understanding and give people practical ways to act.
Sustainability can feel broad, technical and difficult to translate into somebody’s actual job. Good learning should make it simpler, not add another layer of complexity.
Sustainability Learning & Tools is for sport organisations that need to build knowledge across their teams, members or wider network. The focus is on practical, role-relevant learning that helps people understand what sustainability means for them and apply it in their work.
How it Works
1
Understand
Identify the audiences, what they need to know and what they need to do differently.
2
Design
Create a learning structure suited to the audience, objectives and delivery format.
3
Build
Develop the learning content, activities and practical resources required.
4
Apply
Help learners connect the content to their responsibilities and next steps.

In Practice: Learning Across Sport
I have designed and delivered sustainability learning for the Football Association of Ireland, International Biathlon Union, World Taekwondo and Global Sustainable Sport. The programmes have used in-person, blended and online formats for audiences including club officers, federation staff, coaches, athletes, event organisers and senior leaders.
